SEO Intelligence Suite

The two things everything depends on

Almost every problem people hit with this suite traces back to one of these two.

FoundationWhat it powersIf it is missing
Search Console connectionKeywords, ranks, opportunities, decay, revenue at risk, coverageEverything revenue-shaped is empty
Site crawl of your live domainIndexability, technical health, internal links, broken links, the risk registerTechnical surfaces are empty — or worse, wrong
Crawl the domain you sell on

If your store has a custom domain, the .myshopify.com address is a mirror that canonicalises almost every page back to the real domain. A crawl of that mirror produces an internally consistent report about a site you do not sell on — and it propagates into indexability, internal-link targets and regression comparisons.

Set the target once in a crawl profile rather than typing it each time.

The six groups

Overview

Where the week starts: the headline read plus the Risk register, which merges crawl issues, broken links, keyword risk and SLA breaches into one ranked backlog with a capped 0–100 exposure score.

Diagnose

Finding out what is wrong and what it is worth.

Create

Turning findings into published content.

Technical

What Google can actually crawl and index.

Off-page

Links — the ones you control and the ones you have to earn.

Monitor

Watching the outside world and being told when it moves.

A weekly rhythm that works

  1. Monday — read the digest and the Risk register exposure score.
  2. Work the Opportunities quadrant, high value and low effort first.
  3. Clear critical technical findings — 5xx broken links and indexability regressions ahead of everything else.
  4. Publish one cluster spoke or close one content gap.
  5. Apply the internal links the platform proposed for what you just published.
  6. Check competitor movement monthly, not weekly.

Why this exists — the long version

SEO is the only acquisition channel that compounds. A blog post that ranks today will keep delivering traffic for years; an ad stops the moment you stop spending. Yet most stores under-invest in SEO because the feedback loop is slow (months) and the data is opaque (Google Search Console is dense and complex).

The suite makes SEO operational. Search Console connects in one click; the crawler builds an inventory of what actually exists; detectors turn both into a ranked worklist; and the fixes — meta rewrites, redirects, internal links, schema, sitemaps — are applied from the same place they were diagnosed.

Two design decisions run through all of it. Findings converge: crawl issues, broken links and keyword risk share one work-item spine, so an item you own in one tab is owned everywhere. And the suite says when it does not know: a failed sweep is shown as failed, a stale crawl is labelled stale, and a measurement without a control group is reported as having none. A confident zero over a real backlog is the most expensive thing a dashboard can do.

The shift: SEO stops being a "we should do that someday" and becomes a weekly operational rhythm.
