GSC engine

How to use it

Turn Search Console into a weekly action list:

  1. Connect Search Console in one click. (SEO → GSC → Connect)
  2. Check the setup-health card to confirm data is flowing. (GSC → Overview)
  3. Work "Today's actions" — near-page-1 keywords, low-CTR pages, decaying content.
  4. Hand fixes to Content Studio with one click.

⏱ ~15 min/week · 💳 Free · 🎯 5–10× more opportunities captured

Why this matters for your business

Google Search Console (GSC) is the most under-used tool in SEO. It tells you exactly what queries customers search to find you, which pages they land on, what's ranking, and what's declining — straight from Google. Yet most merchants either don't connect GSC or, more commonly, connect it and rarely look at it because the interface is dense and the insights buried.

The GSC engine fixes this. One-click connection. Daily data pull. Opportunity scoring (which queries are 1-2 positions from page 1? which pages get impressions but no clicks? which content is decaying?). One-click handoff to fix opportunities — a "fix this title" button generates an SEO-optimized rewrite in content studio.

The Overview, rebuilt (v2026.07)

The GSC Overview was redesigned into an enterprise dashboard:

  • A setup-health card that tells you at a glance whether the connection, the daily pull, and data freshness are all healthy — no more guessing why numbers look off.
  • KPI sparklines on clicks, impressions, CTR, and position, backed by a new daily-metric store so trends are real history, not a single snapshot.
  • A selectable 7 / 28 / 90-day range and a context bar so you're always clear on what window you're looking at.

Negative keywords — reverse import

When you also run Google Ads, the SEO engine can now import your existing negative keywords from Google Ads — per campaign or account-wide — and record their match type. Imported terms are marked as already handled, so the engine stops proposing keywords you've deliberately excluded. It's the difference between an SEO tool that nags you about terms you already decided against and one that respects the decisions you've already made in Ads.

Real merchant scenarios

Scenario A — Founder finds 12 page-1 opportunities

Setup. Brand connected GSC. Engine flagged 12 pages ranking #11-15 ("near page 1") with high impression volume.

Action: Each got a content refresh + better title + FAQ schema added.

60-day result: 8 of 12 moved to top 10. Organic traffic to those pages: +180%. Annualized: ~$28K incremental.

Scenario B — Low-CTR pages fixed

Setup. Engine flagged 24 pages with high impressions but < 2% CTR (vs. 5-8% normal).

Diagnosis: Mostly weak titles + missing meta descriptions.

Action: Bulk-regenerate titles + meta descriptions.

60-day result: Avg CTR 1.4% → 4.8%. Net traffic +240% from same impression volume.
