Content Library

How to use it

Manage all your content from one place:

  1. Open the Library to see everything generated across tools. (Content Studio → Library)
  2. Filter by channel, tool, or status to find what you need.
  3. Bulk-action drafts — publish, delete, or update in one go.
  4. Trust the "published" marker — it reflects what's actually live on your storefront.

Why this matters

Content Studio has more than 20 generators — blog, ads, email, CRO copy, captions, descriptions, video scripts, and so on. Historically each tool kept its own output, so there was no single answer to "what have we made, and what's actually live?" The Library is that answer: one aggregated view over every piece of generated content, with the filters and bulk actions to manage it like a real content operation.

What's in the Library

Every generation across Content Studio flows into one list:

ColumnWhat it shows
ContentThe generated item (title / preview)
ToolWhich generator produced it
ChannelWhere it's meant to go (blog, email, ads, storefront, social)
StatusDraft or published
UpdatedLast change

On top of the list:

  • KPIs — totals by status/channel so you can see coverage at a glance.
  • Filters — narrow by channel, tool, or status.
  • Bulk actions — act on many items at once.

The status lifecycle

Content moves through a simple lifecycle, and the key detail is that published means published — an item is marked published when it actually appears on your storefront, verified by matching the published section, not just because you clicked a button. That way the Library reflects what's genuinely live, not what you intended to publish.

Graceful when un-migrated

The publish-status feature depends on a database column. If your store hasn't had that migration applied yet, the Library self-degrades — it still shows your content, just without the published marker — rather than erroring. Once migrated, the status lifecycle activates automatically.

Best practices

Use the Library as your editorial home base. Filter by "draft" to find work in progress; filter by channel to audit coverage (e.g. "do we have email content for this campaign?").

Rely on the published marker, not memory. Because it's verified against the storefront, it's the honest source of truth for what's live.

Bulk-action stale drafts rather than letting old generations pile up.
