The July 2026 release — enterprise safeguards for ad orchestration, multi-provider messaging, a revenue hub, and a cross-tool content library.

New features

  • Ad orchestration safeguards (Pro+). Three guardrails now sit in front of every automated ad action: a global kill-switch that halts all launches instantly, a dry-run window that records (but does not fire) launches for a configurable number of days after a plan is armed, and a daily spend cap. Re-authorization gates block execution on any platform whose token has expired. See Orchestration safeguards.
  • Multi-provider messaging (Starter+). SMS and WhatsApp now route through a ports-and-adapters layer: destinations in India (+91) go through MSG91 with DLT template handling, everything else through Twilio; WhatsApp adds Gupshup alongside Meta Cloud API. Provider selection, delivery-receipt handling, and per-provider config are all in-app. See SMS channel.
  • Revenue Hub (Pro+). A reconciled revenue ledger with a KPI bar, real MRR / churn / dunning from subscription charges, loyalty liability, and an at-risk-revenue view with RBAC-gated CSV export. See Revenue Hub.
  • Content Studio Library (Starter+). One place that aggregates every piece of content generated across 20+ tools, with KPIs, channel filters, bulk actions, and a status lifecycle that marks items published when they go live on your storefront. See Content Library.
  • Gift Guide (Pro). Revenue-oriented, shoppable gift guides with AI curation, SEO metafields, inline editing, and one-click publish to a page. See Gift Guide.
  • Post-purchase upsell — classic extension (all plans). A classic post-purchase offer now runs on all plans (not just Plus), with the Thank-You-page block kept as a mutually-exclusive fallback. See Cart recovery & post-purchase.
  • Instagram (beta). Connect an Instagram account to pull media and publish — first slice of the social publishing engine.

Improvements

  • Forecast deep-dive. Store-wide inventory forecasting gains searchable product and collection pickers and a collection-level aggregate forecast, so you can plan reorders for a whole range at once. See Inventory forecast.
  • Blog Manager. Schedule posts straight to the content calendar for auto-publish, and import your existing (non-platform) articles for idempotent round-tripping.
  • Negative keywords — reverse import. Pull existing negative keywords from Google Ads (per-campaign or account-wide) so the SEO engine stops proposing terms you've already excluded.
  • WhatsApp blasts can now target a specific product, with template variables resolving to title / UTM link / first name.
  • Email target-segment selection is now a searchable picker across both platform and Shopify segments.
  • Onboarding was rebuilt as an embedded enterprise shell and now persists safeguard settings (daily cap, dry-run days, kill-switch) to your account.
  • Products page uses a streaming loader — the page paints immediately and fills in per-tab, instead of blocking on the slowest query.
  • Google connections — connect Search Console or Google Ads once and the other reuses the same grant (no second consent screen).

Deprecated

  • Single-touch attribution remains deprecated — use multi-touch. Removal target: v2026.11.

Migration notes

  • Orchestration safeguards are on by default for new plans: a launched or approved plan is armed with a dry-run window before it can spend. Review the dry-run days and daily cap in Onboarding → Safeguards before going live.
  • Messaging providers — India-bound SMS requires MSG91 DLT credentials and a registered callback; existing Twilio setups are unaffected.
